Vegan Elote Pizza

For the past few years I've looked forward to this seasonal pizza every summer. I was so happy to see an announcement that it's on the regular menu now! It's such a yummy pizza, in huge part to the delicious cilantro lime aioli. This pizza also has Tajin seasoned corn, fresh jalapeños, green onion, and The Herbivorous Butcher hickory smoked bacon. It's definitely a summer flavor, but I was so happy to be eating it in February. This Vegan Elote pizza is absolutely fantastic!! It comes with fake bacon and corn and jalepenos and a cream sauce. It is so savory and smoky, and a bit spicy. Love it! I believe it is a seasonal pizza so get it while you can!
