Vegan elote

The Elote is a seasonal item for Lucè, but so worth it when it is available in the Summer! Herbivorous Butcher bacon, and so much goodness!

The Elote is a summer special and I got it without the jalapeños but added artichokes instead. It has lots of corn and Herbivorous Butcher bacon and cilantro aioli sauce. It was delightful!
