Vegan Chorizo Flautas

My favourite dish on the menu. Spicy house-made beyond chorizo in crispy fried flautas, on a bed of spring greens, next to the most delicious rice and nice flavorful refried beans. It's an excellent meal! Also comes with guacamole.

So.. allegedly I "cant live off chocolate for the month"... sounds like a lie but whatever. I went to baby salsa and tried something new! It was amazing. Like the taquitos you would buy at 7-11 after a night out, but with less shame.

Great dish! Uses the Beyond Meat Chorizo Sausage, just has a bit of a kick to it. Surprisingly filling!
