Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie

Picked this up along with a drink at starbucks! It was on the hard side which really took me some effort to bite into comfortably but once I broke it into pieces with my hands, taste wise it was quite yummy! Did not taste particularly different from non vegan chocolate chip cookies
