Vegan burger with "Papas Locas"

Burger Mel is a vegan fast-food restaurant in Tenerife. They have three different types or veggie patties, hot dogs, hot and cold dishes... This was the beetroot pattie in a burger and "papas locas" topped with vegan chorizo. Delicious!!
