Vegan Bean Burger

Adzuki and mushroom burger with homemade tomato sauce and guacamole. The flavors were great. Unfortunately the texture of the patty was very soft, so there was no way to pick it up to eat it like a traditional burger. Nothing a knife & fork didn't sort out.
