very solid pho with lots of random vegan meats which is always appreciated since i’m
typically used to only getting bland tofu in my pho :) it wasn’t EARTH SHATTERING, but it was a good meal that was honestly perfect bc it was so so so cold- i would’ve liked a little more vegetables but that’s just personal preference and also the fact that i hadn’t had veg like all day LOL
