Turmeric toast

I was really excited because Three Ladies has gluten free toast so I made this dish gluten free. I was very impressed with the texture of the toast - super crunchy & delicious! However, i wish that the turmeric spread had more flavor but the cilantro and chili flakes on top were good touch. #davisveganguide
