Tofu Scramble

Very tasty! Potatoes were very flavorful and the veggies also had flavor to them. The tofu was so rich and flavorful as well.

I was not impressed with this tofu scramble, especially considering the cost. The portion size of the scramble itself was extremely small, with very little tofu and too many onions. Most of the plate was taken up by potatoes. The scramble was pretty spicy, and the toast was served dry. This was the Peoples Organic location at the Minneapolis airport, which is not listed as an location option. The staff was excellent though.

My husband and I eat this dish every weekend. You do have to specify dry toast. It’s very yummy and they change up the vegetables in the scramble regularly so it’s always a little bit of a surprise. It comes with a side of potatoes. 😋 This is my favorite PO location. Great outdoor seating and a good vibe inside.
