Tofu Pop Bowl

🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 Wowzers... This blew my mind. Incredible assortment of ingredients: Cabbage, smoked salmun, cucumbe, tofu tempura, avo, pepperdew, edamame beans, vegan mayo. sesame seeds & teriyaki sauce on a bed of moreishly delicious rice. It's a huge meal. I ate in in 3 parts over 2 days. Mad food 💚

So much goodness in this poke bowl, and great value for money (I would not be able to eat this bowl on my own) - rice, cabbage, smoked salmun, cucumber, tofu tempura, avo, peppadew, edamame beans, vegan mayo, sesame seed, teriyaki sauce. The tofu tempura is top notch, and if you don't like smoky flavours (like me), leave out the smoked salmun.
