Tofu Pocket Crispy Roll

I really enjoyed eating this roll! Was definitely crispy. The softness and stickiness of the rice and the crispness of the tofu pocket was a perfect combination. My taste buds really enjoyed it! Thinking about it is making me crave it again! #veganisnotscary #veganin2020 #sushi
