The Sudra’s Tofu ‘Paneer’ Samosa is made with locally sourced tofu, Portland’s very own OTA Tofu. This appetizer of two Tofu ‘Paneer’ and Kale Samosas comes with little dipping sides of tomato chutney and coconut yogurt. Very well spiced and the dips compliment them perfectly. They seem a little pricey for what they are, but paired with another item like the black lentil kofta bowl are great. My boyfriend and I shared these. The bowls are very filling.
