Tofu Pad Thai

This dish was very good! Again, the portions here are large.

The tofu pad Thai lunch special with fresh spring rolls is delicious. The only improvement would be to serve with peanut sauce for dipping. The pad Thai was perfect and the portion size was filling without feeling stuffed.
