Another delicious meal by this great vegan restaurant in Costa Rica. I cannot talk enough of how good this place is.
This was “Today’s Special” that day and it was a #soy ham cooked in an extremely delicious and flavorful curry sauce, very subtle curry flavor but it was there and it was absolutely delicious. This “ham” had great flavor and texture, soft and tender, and was sautéed with #greenbeans and #carrots and all together was really tasty. The rest of this meal was super yummy homemade #potato fries and a kind of coleslaw, that came with a vegan mayo-based dressing. It also came with a side of the most delicious and savory #vegetable #soup ever (swipe to the last pic) and a drink of your choice.
This was my #lunch at work and it made my day so much better, they delivered it to me and I barely paid $10 for all this. Such a great deal, great value and so nutritious and hearty. I recommend this place 100% all the way. Service is exceptional, super friendly, affordable and of course yummy vegan and cruelty-free food only.
Again, the name of the restaurant now is “The Vegan Corner”, not the vegetarian corner.
Oh and all their take-out packaging is eco-friendly, all is paper, recycled and #recyclable, #noplastic :)
