Lo and behold, pretty much the single-handed reason why I wanted to try this place
- the look of this steamed “fish” is so akin to the ones at Chinese restaurants that it was almost creepy? But the simple way it was steamed and lathered with soy and coriander was really nostalgic as well as amusing to see the similarities
