The Veggie Roast

I love open sandwiches. The bread was in-house made, but hard. Fortunately the bread got soaked from the oil and moisture from the lentil hummus, and it was easier to eat. I don’t know why these breads are so hard, especially the crust. It had liberal amount of hummus and yummy veggies!
