this was wonderful! i loved how saucy this sandwich was, and the chipotle aioli itself was spicy but not spicy enough to aggravate or deter my eating experience. i appreciated that since there was a lot of it! the tomato and onion added a little extra flavor while blending well into the sandwich, and the chicken slices themselves were clearly well-crafted. the bread was perfect for this sandwich, and it was pressed to perfection.
i took this sandwich to-go and ate it 30 min to an hour after ordering. that being said, it wasn’t cold or soggy at all! props to them for a well-made sandwich.
