The Big Macro Burger

I was craving a real veggie burger (kind of tired of the impossible/beyond craze tbh 😳) and this definitely fulfilled my wish. Not pictured: beet (🤯) ketchup and Yukon fries. Highly recommend!

Just look how beautiful and full this burger looks! I’m a sucker for good vegan burgers, and this one by MCafe definitely made my list. The burger patty is made from whole grains and vegetables, topped with vegan provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, sprouts, all on a fluffy sesame brioche bun. I love that the patty was made with all real ingredients - a true veggie patty. Still, the burger had such an amazing combination of flavors that I didn’t even think twice about it being vegan. #UCLAVegBruins
