the arugula

This salad was very reminiscent of a goat cheese and beet arugula salad, but veganized! I really enjoyed all the fresh ingredients, and their housemade vegan cheese was really wonderful. Everything at this restaurant is raw and vegan, so you can’t go wrong. #abillionturns3
