Thai Basil Phuture Meat with Rice

Metta cafe is a very cute and comfortable cafe with very polite staff and also some of the school (special needs) children do serve here. Miss going there since we've moved. We took away the dishes today.. Each $7 This dish is good but not sufficient to fill up my belly. I also added some home made chilli, cider vinegar and radish pickle because I added more white rice from the other dish.. being my Next review today

Oh how i love n hv missed ths simple thai dish. I just simply love #thaibasil The sauce for this was simple,satisfying n delicious. Just with #soysauce n its d basil that does the magic. Served with #phututuremince , #longbeans , #babycarrots Only down side is- serving quite small and im a big eater 🤭

Really nice, the phuture meat had a nice texture that really resembled Thai basil chicken! We went with red rice

It's a tasty meal, but i felt that they cheat my feelings- there's no thai basil in it. Just d phuture meat n okra. The sauce is nice n simple,but, no basil. Im not sure if I really like the Phuture meat, maybe b'cos im comparing it to the Impossible Pork that i tried recently.
