Tempeh Sushi

Tempeh has always been my favourite and this dish is close to my heart

The tempeh tasted like soy sauce and had a good enough seasoning to mask the sour-fermented taste that a lot of people don’t enjoy. The ratio of rice was a lil too high though and it wasn’t very worth the price
