Tempeh Rueben

I've noticed that French Meadow seems to have difficulty with seasoning. The tempeh in this Reuben was completely un-marinated and not even seasoned dry. Thankfully, the slaw was flavorful and was able to carry the sandwich. The aioli and Herbivorous Butcher swiss also added some good flavor. Interestingly, the most wonderfully seasoned thing I've had at French Meadow was the ketchup that came with these fries! It seemed to have curry powder in it. It made it so much better than traditional ketchup. #tempeh #sandwich
