Tawa Biriyani With Tofu

Good stuff, other than their veganisation of the raita by subbing curd with.... nothing. Soft tofu. Biryani without raita is incomplete. And spicy. Peanut curd (at the very least) is easily achievable for a swanky restaurant, surely?

Finally I had Biriyani with option of tofu.familiar Biriyani flavor.worried about tofu spoiling the Biriyani flavor but it didn’t tofu was good with Biriyani.this shows how versatile tofu is.note-restaurant has very few vegan dishes so have to be mentioned to make possible dishes as vegan
