Tapioca Almond Pau

Dough was soft and fluffy and colored with natural coloring. There are 3 layers to this and the inside is filled with a mildly sweet tapioca filling with almond bits. I enjoyed this a lot.

Kinda weird tbh literally tapioca in a pau HAHA not sure if it goes tgt that well?? Prefer yam/ sweet ptt / rb
