Taiwanesisk Black Peppar Wok (tofu)

Underbart middagupplevelse! Wongs have a relativley large range of vegan options compared to other spots, and even knew wich beers were vegan. The dish i got was great, heavy umami flavours and lots of pepper. It almost tasted like peppar chips, but in a good way!
