Sweet Potato Chili

this was my favorite out of the empanadas i tried! it was filled with jalapeno chili and sweet potato! the charcoal dough was also pretty cool. supposedly it was spicy, but i only got a small kick so no concern for those worried about spice. i’d definitely say this was the most flavorful/memorable out of the 4 empanadas i tried. i’d recommend this one out of all of them. just a warning - they come out extremely hot! #empanadas #empanada #veganempanada #chicago #veganchicago #veganinillinois #sweetpotato #chili #veganchili #jalapeno

This was one of my favorites. It has house-made jalapeño chili with beans and sweet potato. The activated charcoal dough is really striking! It's marked as spicy, but I don't remember it being too hot. Like with all of the savory options, eat it with the garlic sauce!
