Summer Bruschetta

Chef was kind enough to change margarine to vegetable oil but tomatos are still sour

So happy to see 1-2 vegan and veganizable options on the menu at #publicosg 💪🏽 This bruschetta has tons of cherry tomatoes and roasted garlic but the bread came out very soggy. Come on guys, I make vegan cheese at home... it’s not that hard. Would love some vegan pizzas and pastas on the menu!
