Suka Suka Jack Bowl

Freshly cooked and steamy jackfruits. I always imagined the dish to be spicy, but its really mild and tangy. The rice bowl is creamy from the guac and sour cream when mixed and the veggies are fresh and crunchy.

Didn’t taste this, but will review it based on what my friend said! Portion was reallyyyyyy generous, but I think it wasn’t seasoned enough? Would be delightful for those who love it light, but I think it was just plain vegetables at some parts? But it is still a really hearty and healthy meal, maybe I’ll have this next🤤👍🏼

Excellent mish-mash of flavours when the whole bowl is tossed. The jackfruit texture was unique but a tad on the sweet end of things. Overall tasty!
