🥮 I haven't had teochew style mooncake in a long while. The flakiness is good, but I probably didn't do it justice since I don't have a toaster at home..I think it's really creative to include peach gum in the filling. It gives a mochi texture (but less calorie dense), and goes with whatever flavour you're eating with. The sweetness is really minimal too 😘 #veganmooncakes #veganinsingapore
