Spinach Salad

This spinach salad was so good, both sweet and savory! Pizza Luce uses lemon pepper tofu in place of feta when you request the vegan option.

Almost forgot to take a pic! This is the small spinach salad but it's pretty big, almost enough for a meal. Normally it comes with feta but they'll veganize it by replacing the feta with lemon pepper tofu. Had red onions, cranberries and nuts on it. Would definitely go back for this.
