This dish is originally vegan, and a great plant-based option that isn’t the typical avocado toast that I often have to resort to. The hummus itself is creamy and rich, and it comes with a topping of seared cherry tomatoes and popped chickpeas that provide little bursts of texture. The toast on the side is generous but I’ve always found it too crisp for my liking. Could be a matter of personal preference though! #veganin2020
Their sourdough bread is delicious - light and crunchy. I was even more amazed at the hummus, which was super smooth and flavorful (must be homemade). I would ask them not to put oil on top next time though :)
