“Brussels sprouts, arugula, baby spinach, sweet red onion, organic eggs (we subbed the vegan option) etc. with warm sweet corn bread, mushroom & sweet onion gravy.” While I could have eaten more onions, my companion thought it was great as is. The egg sub here is an Australian brand, not available at retail here yet, and whatever it is, it’s fluffy and buttery.
