Ho preso una bowl con: •Base Verde: germogli di spinaci, banana, avocado, succo di limone, tè matcha (senza miele) •Latte di cocco •Frutta: kiwi e frutti di bosco •Niente frutta secca •Cocco (che alla fine non riuscivo a masticare e ho mollato a mia madre XD) •Semi di chia •Topping al frutto della passione I migliori! (Se non sapete di cosa parlo, cercate la recensione del pokè beh sul mio profilo hehe ◠‿◠ ) Buonissima e rinfrescante smoothie bowl, molto abbondante e gustosa. Attenzione che di base nello smoothie c'è il miele, ma sono super disponibili a toglierlo per rendere la bowl vegan, infatti lo staff si è sempre dimostrato gentilissimo e gradevole. Ideale per una merenda in una bella giornata di sole, ma occhio a non farvi gelare il cervello! È molto fredda :) Ps: andate assolutamente a provare la loro Pokè Vegan con proteine 100% vegetali, trovate la recensione sulla mia pagina. Green bowl è un posto magico!! Beware that honey is the basic ingredient in the smoothie, but they are super willing to remove it to make the bowl vegan, in fact the staff has always been very kind and pleasant. Ideal for a snack on a beautiful sunny day, but be careful not to freeze your brain! It's very cold :) Ps: absolutely go and try their Pokè Vegan with 100% vegetable proteins!
