Sloppy Joe Toastie

Really enjoyed this, inside the toasty was a lentil & walnut bolognese with spinach and cheese, all on lovely toasted ciabatta bread. The bolognese was seasoned beautifully it was so flavourful and overall made a nice satisfying lunch
