Short Rib

Wow!!! Vegan ribs at its best..had to fight with my wife to leave my ribs 😩...

On a cold & rainy winters day I felt for some comfort food I didn't need to cook myself... Wow guys, this was bang-on delicious 🙌🏾 The short rib was divine with that smoortjie on top. Proper 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Mash was just as I love it, smooth and perfectly seasoned. Broccoli was steamed well. The only thing I disliked, as always - those sucker sticks! I removed two before reheating and found a third while eating 🫤

Romeo and Vero make the most delicious vegan meals. The ribs were very smokey and flavourful. The accompanying tikka sauce was out of this world - easily one of the best flavour combinations. If you are looking for vegan comfort food - this is the place!

Served with bacon and mushrooms. Was a little on the salty side but the texture was good.
