Before I was vegan, I LOVED the Chicken waffle at a place called Bruxie at Santa Monica. After becoming vegan, I never saw anything like vegan chicken on waffles with the same taste as Bruxie. This waffle at Souley Vegan proved me wrong and it tastes better because it’s vegan. I love it and highly recommend it! ❤️
