Delicioso... Acho que deve ter sido o melhor seitan que já comi... É sempre complicado os restaurantes acertarem na textura, mas este arrasou! Seitan que estica, sumarenta e de cobertura crocante🤤 molho de cebola e Pedro Ximenez (tipo bebida alcoólica de Espanha)🤤 e batatas e salada ótimas🥰 ambiente super agradavel e staff super disponível e convidativo! Compreendiam claramente as diferenças entre vegetariano e vegano, e tinham ótimas opções vegan (por exemplo, no hambúrguer vegetariano pode-se substituir o queijo e a maionese por queijo vegan e maionese vegan) recomendo 100%!!!!

Delicious... I think it might've been the best seitan I've ever eaten... It's always complicated for restaurants to find the right texture, but this one nailed it! Stretchy and juicy seitan with a crispy outer layer🤤 onion sauce with Pedro Ximenez (sort of an alcoholic beverage from Spain)🤤 and great salad and fries🥰 super nice vibe and the staff was super inviting and available! They clearly understood the differences between vegan and vegetarian, and they had great vegan options (for example, on the vegetarian burger you can replace the cheese and mayo for vegan cheese and vegan mayo) recommend 100%!!!!
