Seitan & Mushroom Burger

I loved this burger! I have a large appetite and am always cautious to make sure I get a dish that is on the heartier side and this was. From the violife cheese which is so creamy, to the fries, to the onion rings that came on top of the burger it was filling and a great balance of flavors. Would love to have it again some time in the near future 🤗
