Sambal Terung Rice

My partner and I both really liked the Sambal Terung Rice, it reminded me of dishes typically served at kenduri kahwin (wedding ceremonies) or Eid. Lau Di Fong is always great at seasoning their mocks and veggies so the sambal was honestly so satisfying. 😋 #ABillionLove #RoomToRead
