Salted “egg” less sweet potato fries

I’d kill for this sauce. It was creamy, umami and #cheeze! Well spiced baked #sweetpotato🍠 #fries were smothered in it 🤤 Served with a portion of salad leaves! Perfectly balanced. Sad thing: this restaurant will close on November 30 for an indefinite time

First, apologies for the really rubbish photo! Now to the flavour, which is the important bit. I ordered the Salted Egg-Less Sweet Potato Fries as an add on to my Spiced Fvsh Burger, so what you see in the pic is a side portion, not a full one. The sauce (the main part of the fries) is SPICY! The red chill does not hold back, and neither should it. I don’t have great tolerance for spice but like to eat it now and then so when I accidentally shoved a whole mouthful of chillies in my mouth with the fries, my insides turned to fire. This spicy, salty, sweet combo is perfect. The sauce is creamy, oozing with flavour - the curry leaves are a super aromatic and flavourful touch, and the sauce is a well thought out pairing with sweet potato. I’m sensitive to salt (I usually majorly under salt my food), but this sauce did not taste too salty at all. The fresh salad that came with the burger was also perfect with these fries, and if you’re like me who needs fresh greens and juicy fresh veg with every meal, especially with a really flavoursome meal, I would recommend having a salad with the fries for nice balance.
