Lovely #salad 😍 I choose the cauliflower, pumpkin, #sauerkraut and mock #veganchicken salad which is made from jackfruit and has a curry flavor. Added #avocado for an additional charge. Bummer they don't do the salad cards at this location....in Ubud you get 1 free after 10! I like this location, it's very beautiful and also a bit chaotic....which is not to be avoided since it's just a very busy popular restaurant in a tourist destination! A very wholesome #veganbowl filled with goodness 😊 this time I choose some more cooked items because I was really hungry! #jackfruit, baked #pumpkin, #spinach and fennel, steamed #broccoli with a #pesto sauce over a bed of greens really filled me up. I liked the pesto but for me I wouldn't choose it again as a dressing because it was a bit too oily and heavy for dressing for my taste. I love the jackfruit, it's seasoned perfectly and the pumpkin is so satisfying! #bali #uluwatu #eattherainbow

Yay I finally made it it to the newly opened Alchemy in Southern Bali, in Uluwatu! And it's so nice! They have mostly the same menu as original resto in Ubud but have added cooked pizzas and some other cooked items. I was excited to try some new toppings on my salad! The squares are a jackfruit sausage and there were cheezy cauliflower bites ! The server really hooked me up with a huge amount of lettuce too! Yumm so good ! And they even have a bonfire going! Perfect place to chill .
