This was delicious, eggplant (aubergine) in a spicy chilli sauce with spinach and tomatoes served
with lemongrass rice.
Unfortunately this was the only vegan option on the menu. Their menu on the outside had more options but the current menu doesn’t which is a shame but this meal was perfect.
