This Vietnamese crepe is stuffed with tofu, mushroom, and onion. It is a bit greasy
but amazingly delish! The tofu was well seasoned and the texture mimicked the fibrous meat, plus having the pickled carrot and lettuce on the side helped compliment the greasiness of the crepe itself. #jaan
