Took my Mom for her birthday. Everything we had was amazing. Worth the wait to get a reservation, looking forward to going back soon!

The pretzel roll was buttery and had exactly the right amount of salt on it. Pickled vegetables were uniquely flavored and paired well with the tanginess of the rutabega fondue. #veganisnotscary

Pretzel loaf with rutabaga fondue/ charred onion, and a side of pickled vegetables. Amazing and the quintessential vegan Philly pretzel. The fondue is delicious and creamy and the taste of the bread is unique, a soft loaf with perfect crunch in the crust. Vedge is a beautiful restaurant, perfect for date night.
