Rojak

Crispy youtiao smothered in sweet sauce and sprinkle with peanuts. Tastes not bad!

A classic version of local rojak but they use a bread toaster to toast the "you tiao" (fried fritters) and it makes alot of difference to a simple dish. It is a nice side dish. #vsnacks
