Hazelnut-lover @veganspicegirl had to order this Ferrero Rocher-inspired dessert, and I'm glad she did because it was absolutely stunning! The cup was layered with chocolate pound cake, smooth hazelnut chocolate mousse, crispy feuilletine reminiscent of the iconic wafer shell, plus swirls of thick and rich hazelnut cream! Studded with 74% dark chocolate bark and chopped Italian hazelnuts. 🍫🌰 Delightfully decadent while also a healthier option, being diabetes-friendly and tested low GI.
