Roasted Eggplant

This dish was decent! In my opinion, it looked better than it tasted though because while the sauce and seasoning was really good the eggplants pieces were really large and didn't really absorb the flavor all the way through. The cherry tomatoes were nice but this dish is really all about the eggplants haha. If you like eggplant a lot, you may still want to try it out but if you're like me and you like eggplant but only when cooked in a way where the slimy texture and bitter aftertaste is not very evident, then it might not be for you. I probably wouldn't order again.

Comes with tomatoes, a creamy tahini sauce, and a basil garnish. Couldn't help feeling this would work better served warm rather than at room temperature.
