🍄 Super colorful bowl from Veganika I had a couple weeks back. 🌷 I chose this one from the menu mainly because I love ginger in all kind of preparations and I was not disappointed! 💜 It consisted of rice noodles with roasted red cabbage, tofu, cucumber, edamame, pickled ginger, shiitake mushrooms, black sesame, and seaweed with a coconut & ginger dressing. The mix of flavours was great! 🌿I would really recommend it, especially in the warmer season as it's a filling but light and fresh dish. #veganbowl #veganisnotscary 📸 4/90

One of the salad bowls in the permanent offer of this vegan restaurant. I loved this dish, very filling, flavorful, fresh. Ingredients are rice noodles, red cabbage, cucumbers, edamame, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, nori algae. Dressing was coconut ginger. It is a tiny bit spicy. Normally the portion size would be larger but this was bought at Odprta kuhna festival where local restaurants showcase their dishes, so the prices are lower and you get a bit less food. Price at the restaurant would be 9.50€.
