Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookie

My final Franberry cookie came out of the freezer today! I savoured every bite:) Rich and gooey once put in the microwave. I loved the red velvet flavour of this one paired with the white chocolate chips, but I always think something crunchy like a nut can enhance it.
