Raspberry Panna Cotta Krafin

Devo dire che scegliere il gusto di cruffin da ordinare tra tutti quelli proposti è stato molto difficile, anche per questo siamo dovuti tornare altri tre giorni di fila 🙃 Questo ha un ciuffo di panna cotta alla vaniglia e un cuore di lamponi, abbinamento perfetto. Tra l'altro non è una confettura ma proprio composta di lamponi quasi interi senza troppo zucchero, così che l'acidità della frutta spinge al massimo il suo sapore. Ci sono due formati di cruffin, normale e mini, in questo caso abbiamo preso la versione mini. 🗓 marzo '25 - CHZ 75 (circa 3,6 euro)

A krafin is kind of a cupcake/muffin but made out of puff pastry with different fillings. The pastry is airy and fluffy and the filling creamy and rich. This panna cotta flavor was delicious and the light sourness of the filling was perfectly balanced by the sweet pastry dough. I highly recommend trying these if you find yourself in Prague. Lots of cafes and street markets offer them. #berrylover
